Best bronzers

Bronzer means that whatever the weather, there's no reason to give up on a natural-looking tan.
Whether your a dab hand with a bronzing powder or a serious tan-o-phobe, a light sweep can take your complexion from just good, to glowing and gorgeous.
They're the must-have product for summer and winter, and are surprisingly versatile too, giving you anything from a just-been-on-holiday look or to supermodel-esque definition.
Tan fans, don't think you're working a dated look. Michael Kors and Alberta Ferretti both sent uber-bronzed models down the SS15 catwalks.
Now, how to apply bronzer... First, choose one that's similar to the shade of your arms or chest to keep things as natural as possible. Then, there's a few different methods for application. If you're looking for some killer contouring, sweep a bronzer brush dusted with a powder formula or a bronzing stick down from your forehead and temple, through your cheek and jawline and blend it in. It's about creating definition where it would be naturally shadowy so add a tiny bit to the sides of your nose, too.
For a sunkissed look, apply the bronzer where the sun would usually hit - so, your forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Go easy at first though, it's always easier to build up the colour than it is to rub off.
We've tried and tested the top bronzers and picked the best. There's industry-approved favourites like Rimmel's classic Natural Bronze, as well as Nars' new Contouring Blush duo. Find the perfect shade to suit your skin tone and skin type now...
